Humans are by nature social beings. It doesn't matter if you're a life of the party extrovert or an introvert with an intimate tribe- we all crave human interaction. Since its inception social media has fed that need and with the pandemic currently monopolizing our news cycle- it's safe to say who we let in our Instagram community is going to be more relevant than ever. The emergence of new business is inevitable. Crisis is where the leaders rise and I expect to see more and more Black women rising to the occasion. The kids are home, the Mr. is stressed about hours at work, you're trying to secure some extra income and can't necessarily engage in your weekly girls night. These are accounts will balance you out, give it to you raw, and remind you of how amazing you and your talents are. Best part you can do it braless and with a glass of wine 🍷

I love that a lot of professional organizations are putting an emphasis on mental and emotional well being. But let's face it Black women have different wounds, speak a totally different language, face different challenges and need different advice in order to overcome those challenges. That's why I love A Tribe Called Sis it is a safe space for Black Women (especially entrepreneurs and other boss ass women). Life advice, love advice, good jokes, and real sh*t- I recommend starting your day here. And doubling back throughout the day as needed. đź’Ž

Ok so maybe you have a side hustle you're trying to grow or a business that is in desperate need of PR but your budget won't allow you to hire a professional- this page is for you. A celebration of Black women in media Black Girls Who Blog is one of my favorite accounts to follow. I love to read about Black women doing amazing things and connecting those women with amazing brands that value their craft and their audience. I'm a media consultant. The website is a resource. Story after story of game changing Black business women telling their stories. Nominate your goal friends who are killing it or yourself. 👸🏾

Everyone needs at least one IG spiritual advisor. Sarah Jakes Roberts gets your girl right! Her colorful use of language and her gift of prophecy make it hard to ignore her messages of strength love faith endurance and encouragement. Her podcast and sermons are like cold water after a tough workout and a must in the life of every entrepreneur regardless of religious beliefs. 🙏🏾

6. She's Gone CEO

Listen no one is surviving this without some help from an accountant. Falisha Ball is a licensed accountant, serial entrepreneur and a genuine person. She gives you sound money advice and her CEO Date Nights are genuis! Her page is filled with tax tips, important deadlines, actionable advice to use regardless of where you are on your business journey and sis always gives it tyou raw.  đź’°
